At LB Clinic, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services and products. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted for treatments, bookings, and products.
1. Service Bookings & Treatments

Deposits: All deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable. However, they may be transferable if you reschedule within the notice period.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to a new date.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

Refunds for Completed Treatments: Once a treatment has been carried out, no refunds are available, as results vary between individuals.
2. Treatment Packages & Courses

Packages (multiple sessions) are non-refundable once started.

If you are unable to continue for genuine medical reasons, we may offer a credit for unused sessions or allow transfer to another eligible client, at management’s discretion.
3. Products

Returns Eligibility: Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

Unopened

In their original packaging

Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene and safety, opened or used items cannot be returned unless proven faulty.

Faulty/Damaged Products: If a product is defective or damaged on delivery, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund in accordance with UK Consumer Rights.
4. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

They remain valid until the expiry date stated and may only be used for services or products at LB Clinic.
5. Refund & Return Process

Refunds (where approved) will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Returns of physical products must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that emergencies happen. In exceptional situations such as sudden illness, refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of LB Clinic. Supporting documentation may be required.
